Taxing the homeowners for the Citys mistakes.

    I don't know about the rest of you out there, but I am just sick of this.  Water rate hikes, what, 3 or 4 years in a row now?  And now they are going to put the bill on our property taxes folks.  This means if we refuse to pay it, they can put a lean on our home, and if the prices of our homes ever do come back up where we could sell and makes a few bucks to get something nicer, we will have to deal with that first.  Oh, by the way, the water is still not healthy to drink or bath in.  So sad.  I wish everyone would study all the candidates running this year for City hall real hard, and find out which one's are going to do their best to help us on this, and get out and vote.  Corrupt City Hall made this mess, and we can change it with our votes.  Just read all you can about them, call them.  Question them.  Talk to them in person if you can.  Read their eyes while they answer your questions, you can really find out about them.  That Gary W. Fried guy for ward 4 is a plant by the City officials.  He is a yes man.  He will do whatever the City officials want him to do, so stay away!!!  But I can't tell you who to vote for, and I haven't made my final decision yet.  But I am looking very hard at Sue Seidl.  I have a gut feeling she will work for us, and not the city officials.  Fernley will become a gost town I'm afraid if these kind of things keep going on.  Manufactures are choosing the U.S.A. parkway now instead of us, because of the cost of things here in Fernley.  I don't have all the answers, maybe none.  But something has to be done.  Thanks.
