THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO HAS ISSUED A * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR... NORTHEASTERN CHURCHILL COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL NEVADA... * UNTIL 230 PM PDT * AT 154 PM PDT...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL CHURCHILL COUNTY...OR 15 MILES NORTH OF NEW PASS SUMMIT...AND MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

PREPARE NOW FOR HIGH WINDS...HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. DURING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...SEEK SHELTER INSIDE A STURDY STRUCTURE AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
