ATTENTION! TO PLAINTIFF CLASS MEMBERS IN THE CASE KNOWN AS REYNOLDS, ET AL. V. TRUCKEE CARSON IRRIGATION DISTRICT (“TCID”):

There will be a meeting on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the Fernley Senior Center at 1170 West Newlands Drive, Fernley, Nevada 89408 to discuss the upcoming deadline to file claims against TCID, the City of Fernley, Lyon County, and the United States Bureau of Reclamation for the January 5, 2008 Truckee Canal embankment failure. We are court-appointed attorneys representing flood victims against TCID. The class action does not include claims against other responsible entities.

It is important to attend this meeting if you want our help in filing claims. If you bring documents regarding the flood to the meeting, we can begin working on your claims immediately. We are happy to answer any of your questions at the meeting.
