At the world that changed without asking me
Let it go
At people who aren’t who they say they are
Let it go
At a financial system that asked us to buy into a lie and laid waste to average people’s lives
Let it go
At a health care system that cares not for health but money
Let it go
That we have billions for bombs and bailouts none for physical education, musical education, and education in general
Let it… Continue

A man named Larry found Tyson off of Sage this morning. Because of his blindness, Tyson wouldn't let anyone get him. So, Larry and his friend got Tyson into a yard, and Larry drove back to the park to get our number from the flyer. In his pj's, my husband jumped in the car and drove over, keeping Larry on the phone, getting directions. Tyson is very tired and was very thirsty, but he is fine. We are so thankful to have him back! Thank you, Larry, for his safe return. I'm glad we put that flyer… Continue

This can happen in Fernley! NLCFD only has two firefighters on duty a day.
You can see Orlando fire department has 20-30 paid firefighters on scene within a few minutes.
This will have a different out come in Fernley due to staffing.
With property values dropping and North Lyon Fire Department being one of the lowest in the state; we will see lay offs in the next year… can we afford to have less than two firefighters on a day?

And shouldn’t I be just a little bit embarrassed when I can only come up with good enough. Granted… Continue
