DESCRIPTION:The Nevada Office of Veterans Services (NOVS) in partnersh
 ip with the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System will host its 4th Annua
 l Nevada Women Veterans Summit:  High Tea on Saturday, March 11, at t
 he Governor’s Mansion at 606 Mountain Street in Carson City.  The e
 vent honors Women’s History Month by educating and celebrating Nevad
 a’s women veterans.  This program provides important information fo
 r women about post-traumatic stress disorder, homelessness, career tra
 nsition, self-care, self-advocacy, and how to access state and federal
  benefits.  Featured keynote speakers are West Point graduate, Olympi
 an, and author Donna McAleer and Operation Iraqi Freedom POW and Bronz
 e Star and Purple Heart Medal recipient Shoshana Johnson.  The Summit
  is open to all female active duty service members, reservists, Nation
 al Guard members, and veterans in Nevada.  There will also be an oppo
 rtunity for participants to speak with legislators, Veterans Service O
 fficers, Veterans Service Commissioners, representatives from the U.S.
  Department of Veterans Affairs, and exhibitors.  Registration will b
 e from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  The program runs from 12:00 to 5:00 
 p.m., with tea service at 2:00 p.m.  There is no cost to attend, but
